The BHL18650-2000-HR is a 20C ultra-high-rate 18650 cylindrical lithium power cell. It solves the common drawbacks of conventional power cells, such as insufficient instantaneous discharge capacity, sharp internal resistance surge at low temperatures, and excessive heat generation under pulse loads.

Basic parameters: rated 2000mAh at 3.7V with standard 18.4×65.1mm dimensions and single cell weight ≤45g. The maximum charging voltage is 4.20V with standard 0.2C CC/CV charging. Equipped with pre-charge protection for depleted cells, the cell delivers excellent internal resistance consistency and well-controlled temperature difference after PACK assembly.

Operating temperature range: charging 0℃~40℃, discharging -20℃~55℃. 

The cell retains ≥95% capacity at 55℃ high temperature, delivers full rated capacity at room temperature and maintains 95% capacity at 0℃, while reserving over 80% capacity at -20℃ low temperature with a low-temperature discharge cut-off voltage of 2.5V. Outdoor winter equipment and cold storage devices in northern regions require no additional heating components, greatly reducing structural and thermal control costs.

The cell retains more than 80% of its rated capacity after 1500 standard charge-discharge cycles and maintains ≥85% residual capacity after 30-day full-charge static storage at room temperature with ultra-low self-discharge rate. For long-term storage, a 10%~35% state of charge is recommended. When stored in dry environments at -20℃~45℃, it only requires simple supplementary charging after 12 months.
