The BHL18650-3500-ULT is a high-capacity ultra-low-temperature 18650 steel-shell power cell engineered to resolve typical drawbacks of conventional lithium batteries, such as sharp capacity drop at extreme low temperatures, drastic internal resistance surge under high current, and excessive heat generation during high-power operation.

Basic parameters: rated 3.4V/3500mAh with an energy density of 264Wh/kg and standard dimensions of 18.4×65.1mm; single cell weight <45g. It features internal resistance ≤20mΩ and supports 5C discharge with 21A continuous current and 42A instantaneous peak output. Adopting standard 0.2C CC/CV charging and equipped with pre-charge protection for depleted cells, the cell delivers minimal voltage and internal resistance deviation after PACK assembly and ensures excellent thermal balance within battery packs.
