Developed and launched by Chengdu Huilang Electronics, the BHL18650-2200-US is a standard 18650 steel-shell cylindrical low-temperature power cell. It is specially engineered for special power scenarios that demand wide-temperature adaptability, high safety and long-duration endurance. Combining reliable extreme-low-temperature discharge, stable high-power output, comprehensive safety protection and long service life, it effectively resolves typical drawbacks of ordinary lithium batteries, including severe low-temperature capacity drop, high-current thermal runaway and poor durability in harsh environments.

The cell features robust and stable basic specifications: rated at 3.7V/2200mAh with an energy density of 181Wh/kg. The lightweight steel-shell design weighs ≤45g per cell with standard 18.4×65.1mm dimensions, ensuring universal compatibility with most commercial 18650 battery pack housings. Its charged AC internal resistance is ≤28mΩ with excellent batch consistency, enabling precise control of voltage and internal resistance deviation during series and parallel assembly, and greatly lowering the risk of battery pack thermal imbalance.

It supports a maximum charging voltage of 4.20V and a maximum charging current of 1.1A under standard 0.2C CC/CV charging protocol. Built-in pre-charge protection allows effective recovery of cells with power loss after long-term storage. For discharge performance, the cell delivers steady 3C continuous discharge, providing up to 6.6A continuous current and 11A instantaneous peak current.
